My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were incredibly spacious with a cozy couch, large, comfortable, and immaculate with very nice beds and bathrooms. While the separate shower cubicle was nice, it could get a bit noisier due to the lift. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and helpful staff who fulfilled all my needs in Milan. The location was awesome, perfect for exploring the Duomo, Galleria, and nearby restaurants. The dining experience was great, with efficient check-in, and buttery croissants that I enjoyed. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooftop view room was a good size with a nice big bathroom, lift, and air conditioning. It was very clean and comfortable, plus we had a small balcony from which we could see the Duomo. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist us with public transport, dinner bookings, tickets, and ensuring a fair taxi ride to the airport. The location was perfect, near the Duomo and shopping, ideal for short walks, and close to all the major sights of Milan. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of options from simple to elaborate continental breakfasts. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic Milan experience!
